In addition, the capital and interest of this bond investment opportunity is guaranteed by the De Watou family real estate company, a Bellevilles partner holding 70% of the capital, whose activity includes more than 550 businesses in France and €100 million in assets. This guarantee will enable the real estate company to benefit from its financial and human support, particularly in terms of experience and security vis-à-vis the market.
