ETIC® develops buildings with high environmental performance, financed by responsible investors. These premises are rented on flexible terms and at moderate rents to sustainable development actors. ETIC® controls the entire chain, from acquisition (purchase of buildings in need of renovation) to renovation (choice of local companies, integration, use of sustainable techniques and materials, etc.), then operation (environmental and social management, rents 30% below the market). These real estate projects, which are innovative from an environmental and social point of view, are financed by a diversity of actors seeking "impact investing". Our shareholders have received a return on investment of around 3.5 to 4% (valuation of the ETIC share) per year since 2013 (excluding TEPA and Madelin measures) for individuals and in addition to social performance.
