ÉTIC develops low-rent workspaces in buildings of high social and environmental quality, financed by responsible investors. The company is involved in the acquisition of the building, its renovation, and then its operation. Thus, ÉTIC creates, finances and manages business and trade centres enabling associations, social entrepreneurs and other responsible actors to access affordable professional premises and to pool equipment (meetings, videoconferencing, etc.) and services (group purchases, shared accountants, etc.).
