What's the price for an investor? What's the price for an entrepreneur?
As set out in Article 9 of the Terms and Conditions of Use, the fees charged by LITA.co are the following:
1. For investors
Signing up to the platform is completely free of charge.
In case of an investment in a project, the investor will be charged a fee amounting to 1% to 3% of the amount invested for each investment made.
- 3% (VAT incl) if the investment amount is below €6,000
- 2% (VAT incl) if the investment amount is between 6 000€ and 15 999€
- 1% (VAT incl) if the investment amount is above or equal to 16 000€
This fee is not included in the price of the investment. As such, it will be added to the amount of the investment. This fee includes all taxes and will be charged directly by LITA.co to the investor. In the case that the fundraising objective is not achieved, and the transaction is not validly closed, the investor will be reimbursed the amount invested and the fee.
2. For a company
Application on the www.lita.co platform is entirely free of charge.
If the project is selected to go on the platform, three fees will be charged:
1) A fixed fee for the costs of the due diligence of the company and the costs of putting the project online. This fee may vary between 2000€ and 3000€ (tax not included), depending on the level of support needed.
2) A commission of 6% (tax not included) of the total amount fundraised.
3) A follow-up fee to cover the management of investors. This fee may vary between 1500€ and 3000€ (tax not included) depending on the number of investors.
