ISA (L'Immobilier Solidaire et Associatif) is dedicated to the housing and support of elderly people suffering from Alzheimer's disease. A complex neurodegenerative disease that affects 1.2 million French people. It is with the objective of maintaining these people in dignity and in a familiar environment that ISA develops real estate projects in the form of inclusive housing, to preserve and develop social ties and fight against isolation. Its first project, financed in part by LITA.co in 2020 and opened on April 1, 2021 in Les Loges-en-Josas (78) in partnership with the Maison des Sages (responsible for rental intermediation and the development of the house), proposes an inclusive habitat, shared and accompanied 24 hours a day to improve the health and well-being of these isolated elderly people, who are losing their autonomy, while maintaining ties and relieving family caregivers. More precisely, the principle consists of eight people sharing the same adapted family home, located in the heart of their neighborhood or village, with the presence of life assistants 24 hours a day and a social life coordinator, who guarantees good relations between all the stakeholders in the home. After the success of the first house, L'ISA's ambition, together with the Maison des Sages and other associative partners, is to spread these shared houses to the West of Paris and then to the Greater Paris area. In this sense, a second house has just been identified in Jouy-en-Josas (78) by ISA. The real estate company benefits from the active support of the town hall and the pre-agreement of the owner! It is now calling on the LITA.co community to co-finance this second alternative model of solidarity housing.
Invest in ISA and participate in the support of people with Alzheimer's disease by allowing the acquisition of places dedicated to them!
